Membership is never a requirement for attending B2B Power Exchange meetings, but purchasing a block of meetings may make financial sense if you attend one or more meetings per month.
Blocks of meetings
Buying a block of meetings may make sense if you plan to attend multiple meetings or have multiple representatives at your company. Instead of purchasing individual memberships for each representative, you can buy blocks of meetings, which will save you hard dollars without the headaches associated with managing multiple memberships. Blocks of meetings are non-refundable and expire one year after their purchase date.

Pricing FAQs
Clarification of pricing in the new “block of meetings model.”
There have been many questions about the new pricing model and how it applies to existing members or people considering becoming members. Here are some of the answers to questions that frequently come up:
How does the number of meetings I am entitled to change in the new model? You are still entitled to the same number of meetings you were receiving as part of your membership, but now they can be used more flexibly. For example, if you have months when you want to do more networking, you can. If you are unable to participate during the month, you can use the meetings in other months. A standard monthly membership* entitles you to two meetings per month. That translates to a block of 24 meetings. Those meetings can now be used over a shorter time if you wish, but they still expire at the end of a 12-month period as your current membership would. The same scenario applies to premium memberships*, but the equivalent block is 48 meetings.
How does the proration of my membership work in the new model? All current members’ memberships will be prorated as of January 1 to calculate the number of meetings left in their “block” through the end of their membership. For example, if you have 6 months left in your standard membership*, you would be entitled to 12 more meetings (2 for each month.) Meetings will be rounded off to the nearest ½ month for standard memberships* and ¼ month for premium memberships*.
What happens when my membership expires? Once your membership is up for renewal, you will be allowed to purchase a block of meetings at your current price level. (Standard members* can purchase a block of 24 meetings for $495 and premium members* can purchase a block of 48 meetings for $795.) You can always downgrade to a smaller block at the published price at the time or go to a pay-per-meeting scenario.
Can I share my block of meetings with friends or co-workers? Part of the reason we are switching to the block of meetings model is that it is easier to manage for companies with multiple sales reps. Memberships were designed for individuals, blocks of meetings are much more flexible, but we recommend that if you are sharing a block of meetings, that one person be responsible for registering for the meetings or that separate registration codes be assigned by contacting info@b2bpowerexchange.com.
What if my membership expires after December 31, 2008? You are still entitled to participate as outlined in the FAQ about prorated memberships. Instead of a membership renewal in the old sense, your pricing will be maintained as outlined in the FAQ about membership expiration.
How do I know how many meetings I have left in my block? You can always email info@b2bpowerexchange.com to determine the number of meetings you have remaining.
How do I register for meetings so that you know I am applying a meeting to my block? When the owner of a block of meetings registers for a meeting, they will need to enter a registration code for themselves and/or each of their guests that are using their block of meetings. That code will be provided in coming weeks.
Are there any extra benefits for buying memberships or blocks of meetings? The online meetings and webinars are currently free, but we may begin to charge for them in the April-June timeframe. When that occurs, a secondary code will be provided to all current members/block owners. That code will provide free access to both types of online meetings.
*Applies to meetings purchased after 7-1-2007. Memberships purchased prior to that date will be adjusted differently to accommodate previous agreements.
We accept cash, checks and the credit cards listed below.
